Initially I wanted to use this blog to answer peoples questions about God's work in their lives. I thought maybe that I could help people understand the depth of God love for them. My other objective was to help others understanding biblical meaning. Then realization hit me that the problem was with the focus being on I and not God. This was not God's plan for this blog.
Because of my desire to follow God with all of my being, it is also my desire for my kids to love and serve God with all of their hearts, minds and souls. For this reason, a few months ago me, my wife and kids began to discuss what God did for us today. Each night at bedtime we reflect back on the day and pick out the greatest single thing that God did for us that day. Now I realize that God does everything for us during the day. I know that God's work begins with our first breath of the day, but I wanted the kids to start really seeing God at work in our lives. It is easy for them to say breath, life, food, and shelter. Having them think of one big thing that God did for them that day help's them see God's miracles and love up close everyday.
